What your child Needs to Know When

I have looked for this information in a lot of places. The best place for this info is on the Worldbook encyclopedia site. I have made several checklists from this information in Excel form and in Word 2007. If you would like a copy of these please send me a message and I would be glad to share. I have Preschool to 6th Grade in excel as different checklists. I have just list of preschool through 12th grades as a word document.

Lapbooking/Notebooking

Hello my friends. I have been using lapbooking and Notebooking in our homeschool journey this year and it is awesome. My daughter has really jumped into the idea with both feet. She loves being creative so it has been a great year. I got a new digital camera so I am going top put on some of our work. If you are interested in finding out about how to start using these ideas at your house just drop me a line and I will be glad to share the wealth of information I have found to use.

This is my new grand daughter. She is Due October 3rd 2009. We can not wait.

Fininshing our year...

Well it has been an adventure this year. We moved twice. We joined the co-op in the fall. But in the spring I went back to college. So getting on a schedule for both of us has been our priority. We have finished 4th Grade and now Beth is going on to 5th grade work. She has made a lot of progress this year. I got my first set of grades and I have made progress also.

The first 2 I posted are of my daughter Beth. Then I posted my son Joshua and his finance Jen. Then we have my beautiful grand kids, Zoey and Xavier. Last but not least my oldest son and his wife. Zoey and Xavier's Mom and Dad. Shaun and Jessica. I thought I would share the loves of my life.

Holidays have come and gone...

Now it is time to get back to the business at hand. We have been so busy through the holidays it is not funny. Also my computor of 10 years bit the dust on Thanksgiving day. So I have really missed my online friends. Well starting January 20 I am returning to college to finish my degree. I am excited. We are still going to be homeschooling. New challenges for a new year. So we will be documenting our journey as we go.
